For teams

The same work. Each person, their day.

The kanban follows what the team has in progress. A shared space opens your priorities to someone you trust. Google Calendar sets the meetings beside them, without another tool.

The board and projects open on the web. A card moved to Done is checked in your day, including on your phone.

The board shows where the work is.

Three columns, tags to filter, subtasks inside the card. In a project, each card can be assigned. In progress is the web follow-up. Done checks the priority and syncs it to your phone.

Two ways to work together.

Your personal space welcomes one person. A project welcomes ten. It's not the same setup: one opens your day, the other opens a shared board.

One to one

You invite someone who already has a Clario account. View, or edit.

  • They see your priorities and habits.
  • With edit access, their changes also show on your phone.
  • One person at a time on this space.

As a project

Up to five projects per account. Each has its own kanban, notes and members.

  • Admin, member or viewer. A viewer can see and comment.
  • Shared notes, comments, an assigned task.
  • The invitation has to be accepted. Ten people at most.

Google Calendar stays in the day.

Connect your Google account to see and manage events, reminders and tasks in the same place as your priorities. A morning looks like this.

Google Calendar sync stays on your device. That data is not sent to our servers, and it is not used to train an AI. The detail is in the privacy policy.

Do you meet clients? Your booking page drops the confirmed slot into this same day.

Common questions

How many people can join?

One person on your personal space. Ten members on a project, and five projects created per account.

Do I need the mobile app?

The kanban and projects are used in My space, on the web, with the same account as the phone. Synced priorities and habits show up in the app.

What does a viewer see?

On a project, a viewer opens cards and comments. They do not edit tasks, and a task cannot be assigned to them until they are a member.

Does Google Calendar train an AI?

No. Nothing that comes from Google Calendar is transferred to our servers or used to train an AI.

Open the space. Invite someone.

The board is already in My space. Your phone follows the priorities you finish.
